Dominic Renz is an artist and educator based in Southern California. He grew up in the hills of Hollister CA (Bay Area), where he spent much of his early years barefoot and constantly daydreaming; chasing wild animals like rabbits and deer to see details from up close. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor of Art: Studio Art and received his Masters of Education from Azusa Pacific University. Dominic works with materials and techniques ranging from paint, charcoal, plaster, printmaking, carving and photography, and is happiest when his hands and heart are deep in the process of making.
